3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to browse and place orders. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time.
4. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging, formulation and labelling can change, so always read the label and the information supplied with the product before use. Where there is any difference, the information on the product label applies.
5. No medical advice
Information on this website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have any concerns, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Food supplements
Food supplements are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the product label. Always read the label before use.
7. Cosmetic products
Cosmetic product information, including ingredient (INCI) information, directions and precautions, is shown on the product page and on the product packaging where applicable. Follow the directions and precautions supplied with the product.
8. Prices and delivery charges
Product prices and any applicable charges will be shown before the order is submitted. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
9. Payment
Payment is taken through our checkout. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider used at checkout and are not stored by us.
10. Your order and our acceptance
When you place an order you are offering to buy the products. Any automated acknowledgement of your order is confirmation that we have received it and is not necessarily acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we dispatch the goods or when we send you a separate confirmation accepting the order, depending on the process configured for your order.
11. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that product.
12. Refusing or cancelling an order
We may decline or cancel an order where we are legally permitted to do so — for example, where a product is unavailable, where there has been an obvious pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will refund any amount you have paid for the affected products.
13. Delivery
We deliver in the United Kingdom only. Our expected delivery timeframe is 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. See our Delivery Information page.
14. Risk and ownership
Goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.
15. Cancellation rights
You may have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and to return the goods within a further 14 days. Certain sealed cosmetics and food supplements may be excepted on health protection and hygiene grounds once the seal has been broken. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
16. Returns and refunds
Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Refunds are handled as set out on our Returns & Refunds page.
17. Faulty or misdescribed products
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, contact us at inquiries@clover-pharma.co.uk. We bear the reasonable cost of returning such goods. Your statutory rights, including any short-term right to reject, are unaffected.
18. Promotions and discount codes
Where we offer a promotion or discount code, any conditions will be stated with it. Codes may be withdrawn or amended, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. Your responsibilities
Please give accurate delivery and contact details, and read the product label and directions before use. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, make sure the product is suitable for them.

22. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you and the time for performance will be extended. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not provided.
23. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights in relation to goods, including that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we supply products for domestic and private use.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
28. No waiver
